He fell in love with playing the guitar in middle school, teaching others, and honing his skills in songwriting, recording, and performance.
Haydn's Teaching Philosophy
Haydn's teaching style caters to students of different ages. Younger students will learn simple chords, major scales, note reading, songs, and strum patterns. Older students will delve into chords/bar chords, Major, Pentatonic, and Blues scales, advanced note reading, songs, and strum patterns. Haydn emphasizes that a student’s progress is directly related to their commitment to practice. He starts with chords and songs to quickly show how music works, while focusing on the fundamental importance of scales. He keeps note reading simple and introduces new strumming patterns to enhance song playing abilities.
